Welcome to Vellopi. By using our marketplace, you agree to the following terms.
1. Marketplace Services
Vellopi connects independent sellers with buyers. Sellers are responsible for their products, listings, and order fulfillment.
2. Accounts
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. Users are responsible for securing their accounts.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate product information, maintain inventory, ship orders, provide tracking details when available, and comply with applicable laws.
4. Seller Plans and Fees
Vellopi offers a Free Plan with up to 6 product listings and a Pro Plan at $7 per month. A 10% marketplace commission applies to eligible sales. Any additional applicable fees will be disclosed.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through supported payment providers. Seller payouts are subject to applicable payment processing requirements.
6. Shipping and Returns
Sellers are responsible for shipping orders and clearly communicating their return and refund policies. Applicable consumer protection laws must be respected.
7. Prohibited Products
Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, and prohibited products are not allowed. Vellopi may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate marketplace policies.
8. Taxes
Sellers are responsible for applicable tax obligations. Vellopi will collect or remit taxes when legally required.
9. Disputes
Customers should contact sellers or Vellopi support regarding order issues. Vellopi may assist in resolving disputes.
10. Changes and Contact
Vellopi may update these terms with appropriate notice when required.
